Lorenzo Rocci is an Italian, California-based, award-winning hospitality expert with one mission:

A Little About Myself
Lorenzo's journey in the hospitality world began in Rome, where he gained valuable experience at a small café while attending hospitality school. After graduation, he focused on perfecting his skills in the art of mixology and embarked on international travels through Europe. He spent time in London, honing his bartending skills, before returning to Rome to further develop his expertise and compete in various competitions, earning several awards.
Lorenzo then returned to London and joined the Library Bar at the Lanesborough Hotel, where he achieved significant milestones, including launching his first full menu and winning various competitions. In 2018, he was chosen as one of the 23 bartenders in the UK to participate in Collective 1887 of WG&S, which provided him with exclusive training and experience.
Throughout 2018 and 2019, Lorenzo continued to excel in competitions and gained recognition for his skills and creativity. He won the UK Championship of Beluga Signature Cocktail Competition, the Dalmore Decadent Digestif Competition, and the internal Balvenie Competition for 1887 Collective. He also launched a second new menu at the Library Bar and took part in international events.
At the end 2018, Lorenzo took on the role of Bar Manager at Promenade Bar at The Dorchester and started his own consultancy and educational company called Drinks and Dreams(2019), aiming to inspire and share his passion for bartending. Following he was appointed as Bar Manager for the opening of Joel Robuchon Le Comptoir Robuchon in Mayfair, where he curated every detail of the bar.
When the COVID-19 pandemic emerged, Lorenzo shifted his focus to helping businesses navigate the challenges and recover from the impact of the crisis. He provided support and expertise to minimize mistakes and ensure successful operations during this difficult time.
In 2021, Lorenzo took on the role of Bar Manager for the opening of Sunday in Brooklyn's London location. He then became the F&B Manager of Mezcalito London in 2022, leading the development and expansion of the popular Mexican bar and restaurants. By the end of 2022, Lorenzo moved to US he joined the Pelican Hill resort in California as the Resort Beverage Manager, overseeing the development of the beverage program for the entire property.
