The Dalmore Decadent Digestif Competition looks for the creator of the world’s most luxurious drinks, inviting bartenders to combine their creativity with the artistry of Richard Paterson, Master Distiller of The Dalmore.
Through the use of The Dalmore King Alexander III, the aim was to create a digestif that is befitting of the layered and noble spirit. In 2018, Lorenzo won with his drink "Don't Call Me Dear".
Along with Mr Paterson and the Dalmore Crew, Lorenzo and his drink have been present in Bilbao during the celebration of the 50th World Best Restaurant 2018. ( won by Osteria Francescana of Massimo Bottura )
