With a desire to share his passion and expertise, paired with the creativity and inspiration from his team of experts, Lorenzo Rocci’s Drinks and Dreams offers educational courses aimed at establishing a solid base of skills and the mentality necessary for tackling everyday life behind the bar. By instilling fundamental values bartending, supplemented by a strong theoretical understanding of mixology, participants will engage with hands on practice time and the chance to experience everything the industry has to offer.
Courses offered cover the evolution of various drinks and techniques throughout the ages, divulging into why certain processes are used, how they work, and how to adapt them to each individual’s specific needs and goals. By reaching beyond typical expectations and behaviours, the program gives its students the tools and support to develop the mindset of an innovative leader and evolve as a unique contributor to their chosen field. Programs can be undertaken exactly as designed or reformulated individually according to specific needs and aspirations.
In December 2019, Drinks and Dreams became officially partner with the UKBG (United Kingdom Bartender Guild) , providing educational services, courses and support to the bartender in all UK.

L'Educational Program nasce in linea con le volontà di Lorenzo di essere creativo ed allo stesso tempo condividere.
Diversi sono i programmi organizzati da Lorenzo e vari collaboratori specializzati del settore.
I corsi mirano a creare i fondamentali per affrontare la vita di tutti i giorni dietro al bar, solide basi teoriche unite con delle ore di pratica, ma sopratutto la possibilità di comprendere e vedere con i propri occhi, i processi produttivi o le strumentazioni che vengono utilizzate oggigiorno.
Dall'evoluzione dei drink e delle tecniche nel corso del tempo, perchè utilizziamo un sistema piuttosto che un altro, come funzionava e cosa è cambiato nel mondo del bar. Come ci siamo modellati ed adattati a seconda delle epoche;
Aprite la mente a differenti possibilità, andate oltre l'aspetto e le parole, apprendi come affrontare le situazioni, imparando come gestire caratteri diversi, personalità diverse, con goal differenti. Apri gli occhi e diventa un leader.
